The first annual Preferred Green Building Seminar hosted by Preferred LLC will be held at Quickens Arena located at One Center Court in Cleveland on April 21st from 11:30 am to 6 pm. The event will feature informative sessions on eco-friendly innovations in areas like roofing, painting, flooring, and lighting. LEED certification will also be a main focus of the seminar as well as substantial government incentives available to businesses adopting green practices for their operations.

Engineered Tax Services’ Chief Strategic Officer and LEED AP, Debbie Danto, is scheduled to present at the seminar. She will discuss in detail the benefits of EPAct certification and the engineering process associated with certification. ETS works in collaboration with clients’ CPA firms to ensure the process of obtaining tax benefits follows legislative guidelines.
