Michael Kravitz has joined ETS as a Tax Manager, CPA. He spent most of his life in Chicago, Illinois, where he raised a family and developed his professional career. Michael currently resides in West Palm Beach.Michael earned a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He then completed an MBA program at a private college in Chicago, and shortly thereafter fulfilled the requirements to become a Certified Public Accountant. He went on to work at a Big 4 accounting firm, Price WaterhouseCoopers, as a Federal Tax Compliance Manager in the Chicago Headquarters Office. After many years in the Big 4, Michael owned his own accounting firm and provided accounting and tax services on a project basis. His journey has led him to ETS where he is excited to join the team and bring value to our clients.

 

Allen Woodward

Allen Woodward is an R&D Project Manager with over eight years of tax experience. Originally from Long Island, New York, Allen currently resides in Houston, Texas.Allen earned a B.S. in management from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, and MBA from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York, and a J.D. from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. After law school, Allen served as a judicial law clerk at the United States District Court for the U.S. Virgin Islands. He went on to work at Big 4 Accounting firm KPMG LLP, as a member of the Accounting Methods and Credit Services practice. Allen’s journey has led him to ETS where he is excited to join the team and bring value to our clients! He is licensed to practice as an attorney by the State Bar of Texas and the United States Tax Court.

R&D Project Manager

Adrienne is a R&D Project Manager in Houston. Adrienne has experience managing R&D tax credit projects for various industries including medical, aerospace, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, pharmaceutical, software, chemical, and tool and die. In addition to helping clients prepare their R&D Tax Credits, Adrienne also has experience representing and defending companies and individuals in audits before Federal and State taxing authorities. Prior to working with R&D clients, Adrienne spent many years as a litigation attorney in Houston. Adrienne obtained a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University in College Station before earning her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in Houston. Adrienne lives in Houston with her three rescue pups and she regularly volunteers with K-9 Angels Rescue, the Junior League of Houston, Houston Area Women’s Center, BEAR – Be a Resource for Kids, and the Houston Food Bank.

George manages the day-to-day operations at Engineered Tax Services leading an excellent, dedicated team of tax experts and engineering professionals. As a graduate of the University of Miami School of Architecture with over six years of training under CPAs, George provides a unique insight specialized for the design and engineering practices. This knowledge has helped facilitate a host of studies resulting in maximized tax benefits nationwide. George has a technical focus in the Energy Incentives, Research & Development Tax Credit, and Historic Preservation Tax Incentives.Originally born in New Jersey, George has been a South Floridian for twenty plus years and has called ETS home for more than seven of those. When not at the ETS Headquarters, he enjoys running, boating, spending time with family, and the occasional sky dive.George volunteers for several local organizations, including the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

 

Nick Macsanders

Senior Manager of Special Projects and Development

Nick Macsanders is a top engineer in operations at Engineered Tax Services. He has an accomplished career in cost segregation from coast to coast with over 1,000 completed studies covering every building type from the humble home to skyscrapers and beyond. He attended LSU earning an engineering degree with a focus on business making him a perfect fit for the specialty tax sector. His experienced background includes working in the oil field on the north slope of Alaska and time spent weatherizing homes in Louisiana. Nick currently calls Washington home where he is galivanting across the pacific northwest. If you look out on the water you might just spot him paddling by!

Senior Project Engineer

Henry graduated from Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Environmental Engineering. During his tenure in college Henry was the recipient of multiple honorary awards, is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Chi Alpha Epsilon honor societies, and has his EIT certification. After graduating from Clarkson University, he left his humble beginnings in upstate New York while raising three children and pursued Cost Segregation after arriving in Florida where he now calls home. In his 7 years he has completed over one thousand studies in every corner of the United States. Henry’s Cost Segregation experience is wide ranging and vast and includes projects in nearly every industry including amusement parks, movie theaters, shopping malls, business centers, and numerous high-rise towers in every major city in the United States. Recently Henry has risen to Senior Lead of Engineering and is quickly becoming a leading expert in the cost segregation industry.
