Join us for a webinar on Feb 07, 2019 at 10:00 AM PST.

This Webinar will be covering the Opportunity Zones and Qualified Opportunity Funds as created under the Tax Cuts and Jobs of Act.

Part 1: We will review the basics of qualifying properties, upfront tax deferrals, substantial improvements, and the step-up in basis timelines. We will also discuss the two-tiered element between fund ownership of the business versus an individual or partnership owning the business.

Part 2: We will review advanced tax strategies and some of the more commonly asked questions regarding structure, operations, and strategy. And we will end with examples of current projects and the unique difficulties and hurdles they have overcome through this new territory.

Attendees may register and attend our 2-Hour CPE Webinar or either Part 1 (the 1st 60 minutes), or Part 2 (the 2nd 60 minutes) for 1 CPE Credit.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
