Director of Operations | Cost Segregation

Frank joined Engineered Tax Services over a decade ago, quickly establishing himself as a key member of the Cost Segregation Department. He has since ascended to the role of Director of Operations, overseeing a wide range of specialized tax studies. Frank brings over twelve years of experience in architecture, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, contributing to thousands of cost segregation studies nationwide. He has a deep familiarity with all building types and construction methodologies.

Before his current role, Frank spent significant time in both the public and private sectors, enhancing his expertise with diverse architectural projects. His professional journey is complemented by an extensive education in accounting, engineering, and management, which has been instrumental in his detailed and strategic approach to cost segregation and directing a team of over thirty people. Frank is also a member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, underscoring his commitment to the highest standards of practice in the field.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, and originally from Miami, FL, Frank has also lived in Oregon and Utah, broadening his exposure and adaptability to different regional challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys poker, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and cooking. Always up for a challenge, Frank thrives in high-stakes environments—whether it’s navigating complex tax strategies or carving fresh powder on the slopes.
