Brian Payne

Brian Payne is the President & CFO of Engineered Tax Services (ETS), bringing extensive experience in finance, operations, and strategic planning to the company. With a proven track record of successful investments and financial leadership, Brian oversees ETS's financial strategy and contributes to the organization’s continued growth and innovation.

Before joining ETS, Brian served as COO of AVMA, where he guided market strategies and sustainable business models to support exclusive technologies. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Bank of America’s Corporate Treasury and as CFO of Tidal Marine Insurance, leading to its acquisition by a top underwriting manager.

In addition to his corporate roles, Brian is a passionate philanthropist, dedicating time and resources to causes focused on education, mental health, financial literacy, and poverty alleviation.

When he’s not driving results at ETS, Brian enjoys exploring opportunities to support entrepreneurial ventures and engaging in community-focused initiatives.
