Frank joined Engineered Tax Services over a decade ago, quickly establishing himself as a key member of the Cost Segregation Department. He has since ascended to the role of Director of Operations, overseeing a wide range of specialized tax studies. Frank brings over twelve years of experience in architecture, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, contributing to more than thousands cost segregation studies nationwide. He has a deep familiarity with all building types and construction methodologies. Before his current role, Frank spent significant time in public and private sectors, enhancing his expertise with diverse architectural projects. His professional journey is complemented by an extensive education in accounting, engineering and management, which has been instrumental in his detailed and strategic approach to cost segregation and directing a team of thirty plus people. Frank is also a member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, underscoring his commitment to the highest standards of practice in the field. Based in Phoenix, AZ, and originally from Miami, FL, Frank has also lived in Oregon and Utah which has broadened his exposure and adaptability to different regional challenges. Beyond his professional life, Frank is an avid enthusiast of poker, snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking. He also enjoys cooking and values his time with his wife and son, reflecting his well-rounded personality and dedication to both his career and family.
