Frank Duque has been with Engineered Tax Services for over eleven years and was a high producing Sr. Engineer for the Cost Segregation Department.

Frank was promoted to Sr. Quality Control Engineer – Team Lead in 2021 and now has recently been promoted to Sr. Manger of Engineering for the Cost Segregation Department.

Frank has over 12 years in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design for various firms and over 10 years of Cost Segregation with over 1,000 completed studies nationally of all types. Frank is well traveled nationally and is familiar with all Building Types and Types of Construction.

Frank resides in The Valley of the Sun Phoenix, AZ and is originally from Miami, FL. Frank has also resided in Portland OR, Cedar City UT, Ogden UT and all throughout sunny South Florida. In his personal time Frank enjoys playing Poker of all varieties, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his wife and son.
