The board will be chaired by Julio Gonzalez, Founder and CEO of Engineered Tax Services, and includes an extraordinary group of nationally recognized leaders and advocates:

•    Mashi Epting – Philanthropist and community builder focused on youth development and minority business empowerment.

•    Nely Galán – Award-winning media executive, entrepreneur, and founder of The Adelante Movement, empowering Latina businesswomen nationwide.

•    Natasha Graziano – Global mindset coach and motivational speaker, championing personal transformation and social impact through empowerment.

•    Julio Fuentes – President of the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, national voice for Hispanic business advocacy and economic inclusion.

•    Francisco Lujan – Public policy leader and advocate for Latino business advancement, economic mobility, and community empowerment.

•    Schneider Jean-François – Entrepreneur and advocate for Black business development, workforce empowerment, and access to federal and state grant programs.

•    Charina Padilla – Community development strategist and minority business advocate, specializing in women-led entrepreneurship and economic inclusion initiatives.

A New Era of Tax and Grant Equality

The ETS Minority Advisory Board will provide strategic guidance to expand access to federal and state tax credits, incentives, and grants for underserved entrepreneurs, minority-owned businesses, and local governments.

The board’s priorities include:

•    Empowering minority and women-owned businesses to access capital through tax and grant programs without increasing local tax burdens.

•    Assisting cities and counties in securing funds for clean water, infrastructure, housing, and workforce development.

•    Supporting second-chance entrepreneurs and formerly incarcerated individuals through mentorship, education, and grant-based reintegration programs.
