Geoffrey R. Kimmel joins Engineered Tax Services Team

Engineered Tax Services (ETS) strengthens its expertise with the recent hiring of Geoffrey Kimmel. After nearly thirty years experience in the banking and insurance industries, Geoff joins ETS to offer energy engineering and specialty tax expertise to companies of all sizes and CPA partner firms. “We are excited to have Geoffrey join our business development team. His vast and successful business experience will prove as a valued asset for ETS.” says Julio Gonzalez, CEO of Engineered Tax Services. He has established relationships with strong channel partners to deliver a set of results-oriented services that dramatically improve cash flows and operating results.

Many of his positions have included P&L responsibility. He was CFO and a Board member for a regional bank with responsibility for regulatory, accounting, audit and shareholder relationships. As CFO, he outsourced administrative functions, negotiated vendor contracts and leased building space to further broaden his business background.

In commercial banking, he focused on treasury, cash management, risk management and operations. Roles in direct relationship management, as a consultant and as a sales manager provided opportunities to work with companies of all sizes and industries to improve bottom line operating results.

Among his more visible projects, Mr. Kimmel developed an automatic policy loan repayment service for a major insurance company, the direct debit monthly service payment program for a telecommunications company, a national cash concentration process for a cable television company, designed a Corporate Card program for a national non-profit organization and led a team that won the first national payment processing service for a deregulated long distance telephone company.

Geoff managed operating relationship with two airline companies and a communications company into and out of Chapter 11 with no operating losses.

As a BS and MBA graduate of Drexel University; he was a collegiate ice hockey goalie. Mr. Kimmel is president of the local youth baseball and softball programs and is active in local community development activities.

Geoff is based in Lawrenceville, NJ just outside of Philadelphia, but is positioned geographically to help service in person all of NJ, PA, DE, NY, Northeast, Atlantic Coast and surrounding regions where needed.
