Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise when you require a refund for a service purchased through our website. All cancellation notices and/or refund requests must be in writing and will be handled in accordance with the following conditions:
1. Refund if Cancelled in Writing Within 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel a service within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, provided a cancellation notice and/or refund request is submitted to Engineered Tax Services (ETS) in writing within 24 hours of the purchase.
2. Refund if Cancelled in Writing After 24 Hours: Written refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may consider offering a partial refund, depending on the circumstances, as determined at ETS’s sole discretion.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval. Except as otherwise provided herein, the client acknowledges and agrees that failure to cancel a service in writing within 24 hours of purchase may result in forfeiture of refund eligibility.
No Returns
Since our services result in the delivery of digital assets, there are no returns of the product once delivered.
Delivery Timeline
Upon receipt of payment, we will start processing your service request. Timelines for service completion vary depending on the complexity and nature of the service requested. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you during the initial consultation and throughout the process.
