Tess Honan

Tess has overall strategic and operational responsibility for Engineered Advisory’ employees, performance, and execution of its missions and goals, while providing day-to-day management for the Engineered Advisory Group. Previously, she has built interactive immersive experiences, managed themed events, and overseen day to day operations in hospitality organizations. Tess knows how to ask the right questions to inspire optimal results, constantly bringing her analytical mind to bear for the work she does.  She holds a B.A. degree in Hotel and Event Management from the University of Central Florida and is a Level 1 Sommelier.  If she’s not making magic at Engineered Advisory, you can find her enjoying her family, her very large puppies, giant cats or traveling the world.
