West Palm Beach, FL — November 7, 2025 — Engineered Tax Services (ETS), the nation’s leader in specialty tax credits, incentives, and grant navigation, is spotlighting a new opportunity for New Jersey’s workforce: the FY2026 NJBUILD Women and Minorities in Construction (WMIC) Grant, totaling $2.5 million in available funding from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

ETS Assisting with Construction Grants for Minorities

The NJBUILD initiative funds training and career pathways for women and minority residents seeking careers in construction, infrastructure, and clean-energy trades. Grants of up to $15,000 per participant support pre-apprenticeship programs, skills training, and job placements that lead to economic independence and long-term employment.

“This is exactly what Grant Equality looks like in action,” said Julio Gonzalez, CEO and Founder of Engineered Tax Services | ETS. “ETS exists to make sure small businesses, municipalities, and community organizations have the same access to funding and opportunity as major corporations. This grant changes lives—it builds careers, families, and stronger communities.”

Through its Grants and Incentives Division, led by Whitney Fagan, ETS works nationally with CPA firms, developers, nonprofits, and municipalities to identify, apply for, and manage grants that create jobs and revitalize local economies. The NJBUILD program aligns perfectly with ETS’s mission to democratize access to government incentives and advance workforce development in underrepresented communities.

“Programs like NJBUILD give women and minorities the skills and confidence to succeed in high-demand trades,” said Whitney Fagan, Vice President of Grants and Incentives at ETS. “We’re proud to help applicants navigate the process—from registration and proposal development to compliance and reporting.”
