A cost segregation engineering review of building components and site improvements was performed on a one story building, approximately 15,000 square feet of medical office and lab center, in Jupiter, FL. The resulting benefit included a 35.64% reclassification of 39-year depreciation class life assets into 5 and 15 year class lives resulting in an accelerated benefit of $598,744.89.
